Live Stream Guidelines
All new customers must place a minimum of $30.00 USD deposit prior to shopping.
All baskets are cleared at the start of every Sunday unless you are told otherwise on WhatsApp. If you opened a basket on Friday or Saturday then it will be cleared the following Sunday.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they checkout prior to the baskets being cleared.
Should you choose to drop communication and not respond to basket checkouts then your deposit will not be automatically refunded. Your deposit will be reflected instead as fees collected as compensation for inventory re-stock and the host's time. You have 90 days from the day you opened your basket to come back and ensure the deposit is used towards your basket total.
All blind bags must be paid for prior to requesting them be opened during a live stream.
There are no refunds, returns, or cancellations when it comes to clearance items, on-sale items, and for all blind bags (blind boxes).
All guidelines administered by the streaming app must be followed.
If your total is less than the deposited amount then the remaining will be refunded (minus shipping) or you may choose to have store credit. Notify the host of your decision in writing.
Live stream giveaways requires a minimum of $6.00 purchase in order to claim the prize if you win.
